April Breyer Menon is the founder of April Breyer Menon Consulting. At her business, she maintains a database of information related to biologic patent litigations and inter partes review proceedings and regularly writes presentations and publications related to biosimilar patent law. Breyer Menon obtained her JD degree from Boston College Law School in 2011, prior to which she attended University of Minnesote, where she graduated with a bachelor of Science in Genetics and Cell Biology and a bachelor of Arts in Physiology in 2005.
